Sales Executive

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the East Malaysia region.

  • Prepare, submit and follow up on project proposals, tenders and quotations.

  • Participate in promotional activities such as roadshows, trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches and other marketing events.

  • Monitor and manage credit collection to ensure timely payments.

  • Conduct market surveys, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on market trends and developments to management.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Provide support to outstation dealers, including regular visits and on-site assistance, particularly in Sarawak.

     

    Requirements:
    • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.

    • Candidates with relevant experience in the related industry are encouraged to apply.

    • At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales or related role.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team
      environment.

    • Willing to travel for dealer support and business development activities across East Malaysia.

        Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

        Location: Petaling Jaya

        Responsibilities:
        • Sales & Market Expansion – Drive project-based sales by identifying new opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers. Grow dealer and distributor networks to achieve regional sales targets.

        • Client Relationship Management – Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Provide proactive support before and after sales, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

        • Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify business opportunities.

        • Product & Technical Expertise – Become a trusted advisor by building deep knowledge of Kimgres tile products. Provide technical recommendations and confidently address product-related enquiries.

        • Sales Operations – Handle quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.

           

          Requirements:
          • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related field

          • 2–3 years of sales experience in tiles/building materials (5+ years for Manager level preferred)

          • Strong network in the Central Region (developers, contractors, dealers, etc.)

          • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets

          • Good technical knowledge of tile applications

          • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

          • Independent, driven, and results-oriented

            Forklift Driver

            Location: Petaling Jaya

            Responsibilities:

            1. Forklift Operation and Safety

            • Perform daily checks on the forklift and complete the forklift checklist form before beginning operations.
            • Operate the forklift safely and efficiently to pick up goods as per the Delivery Order provided by the Supervisor.
            • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the forklift.

            2. Inventory Management and Goods Handling

            • Pick up goods as per Delivery Orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked.
            • Load and unload goods from lorries and containers accurately and efficiently.
            • Relocate goods within the warehouse to optimise space utilisation and prevent congestion.

            3. Warehouse Organisation and Housekeeping

            • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse by performing housekeeping duties as required.
            • Assist in repacking returned goods and ensure they are stored properly.
            • Ensure the proper stacking and storage of goods to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval.

            4. Operational Support

            • Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory counts and stock organisation.
            • Assist in preparing goods for dispatch as required.

            5. Additional Responsibilities

            • Perform other tasks assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.

            Lorry Driver

            Location: Petaling Jaya

            Responsibilities:

            1. Lorry Inspection and Safety

            • Perform daily inspections on the lorry and complete the lorry checklist form before commencing operations.

            • Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and adheres to all safety regulations.

            2. Delivery and Logistics

            • Deliver tiles based on the delivery orders provided by the Sales Administration team.

            • Ensure the correct items and quantities are delivered to customers.

            • Ensure timely deliveries according to the scheduled delivery dates.

            3. Customer Service

            • Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.

            • Handle goods with care to maintain product quality upon arrival.

            4. Vehicle Maintenance

            • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained by adhering to scheduled service appointments.

            • Report any issues or required repairs promptly.

            5. Additional Responsibilities

            • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time to support smooth delivery operations.
